Another neglected subdivision, another mammoth rain garden recovery job for garden express. This time the main culprit being flax. The majority of rain gardens in this area all had flax spilling out onto road and pathways. Our team went through each garden methodically overall several blocks of subdivision hard pruning the flax’s back inside all paths, roads and driveways, thinning out the tops and weeding until all gardens were looking tight and decluttered. Gorse and rubbish removal were also factors in rejuvenating this project and a big recovery job on the grassed reserve areas.
